Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-27
We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service (such as email and subscription details) and never sell your data to third parties.
What we collect
- Contact details.
- Payment data via secure processors.
- Limited technical logs to improve the service.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data via [email protected].
What we collect
When you subscribe we collect your name, email address, billing country and the payment token returned by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. When you stream, our servers log the IP address, device type, player version, the channel or title requested and timestamps. This is the minimum needed to deliver the stream, enforce concurrency limits and troubleshoot buffering reports.
Why we collect it
We process this data to provide the service you bought (contract), to prevent fraud and credential sharing (legitimate interest), to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation) and, only with your consent, to send product updates. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 24 months; streaming logs are deleted or anonymised after 90 days; invoices are kept for seven years as tax law requires. Support conversations are retained for 24 months.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Interac partners), our content-delivery providers in the US and Canada, an email-delivery provider and, when the law compels us, public authorities. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use the data to provide its service to us.
Your rights
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other US states with privacy statutes, and all Canadian residents under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, may request access to, correction of, portability of or deletion of their personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to our privacy contact and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your state attorney general or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest; access is role-based and logged; backups are encrypted and stored in-region. No system is perfectly secure, so we will notify affected users and regulators of any breach as the law requires.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Parental controls in the player let you lock adult channels behind a PIN.
