By using 8K USA TV you agree to these terms. The service is an internet-streaming technology provided as-is. Users must use the service in line with the laws of their country.

Account & subscription

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Reselling or sharing login details without permission is prohibited, as is any unlawful use.

Termination

We may suspend any account that breaches these terms.

1. Service description

8K USA TV provides access to a software platform that aggregates live television channels and on-demand titles delivered over the open internet (IPTV). The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the content on the number of concurrent screens included in the plan you purchased. Channel line-ups, on-demand catalogues and electronic programme guides change over time and are provided on an as-available basis.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United States or Canada to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for every stream started under your account, and for the devices on which the service is installed. Sharing credentials beyond your household is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension without refund.

3. Payments, renewals and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars for US customers and in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers. Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen term and do not renew automatically unless you enable auto-renewal in your account. Applicable sales tax, GST or HST is calculated at checkout according to your billing address. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account closure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, record for commercial purposes, resell or publicly display any stream, and not to attempt to circumvent concurrency limits, geo-restrictions or security measures. Commercial venues (bars, gyms, waiting rooms) must contact us for a commercial licence.

5. Availability and support

We target 99.5% monthly platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. Support is provided 24/7 by WhatsApp and email. Where a fault on our side prevents playback for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; the refund policy governs any reimbursement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that are used for fraud, or where required by law. Sections on liability, governing law and intellectual property survive termination.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8K USA TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection legislation in your state or province grants and that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware for US customers and the laws of the Province of Ontario for Canadian customers, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through support for at least 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes are announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
